I record on my own and find it difficult to start (and stop) recording if I am about to use an instrument. Is there a way to perform this operation with a footswitch. Many thanks, Brian

The L-H panel in my FX list has disappeared. When I press Options, then Show in Left Pane List, it shows the full left pane list which I normally see when I open FX, has been selected. However, they are not shown when I open FX. How do I fix this. Many thanks, Brian

I feel dumb asking this. When I wish to finish working on a project I hit "Save Project". This works absolutely fine. However, when I hit "Close Project" I get a screen asking for file name etc. I simply "X" out of this and it goes away. However, it is annoying. Is there a simple setting...

I have downloaded Sitala and MODO bass. However, despite my best efforts, they are not included in my FX lists. I have attached two screenshots, one shows where the downloads are stored and the second shows the path in Reaper. Can anyone help. Many thanks, Brian

I wish to sing a harmony part to a song and I want to transpose it by 1 octave (up or down). Can this be done and, if so, how. (All the youtube videos deal only with MIDI or simple vocal pitch correction). I am hoping to transpose a track. Many thanks, Brian
