I was at GC yesterday, looking closely at the AKG perception 200, and inside the top grill I see the capsule that looks so similar to that used in many Chinese made LD condensor mics out there. Made me wonder if that particular capsule is standard in China.

it's an awesome keyboard. :-) I love to play piano on that one. Sounds just like a real acoustic grand. None others could beat.

I agree that one should try an electronic one. There are even some speakers that are already powered.

Thanks for the link. I read both of those. But I really would like to hear more from users rather than reviewers. I open the side of my case, and lay the PC down so that the CPU fan blow the air out in the open . But one day, I'll have to think about water cooling for the CPU and hard drives.

Interesting. I heard bad reviews about this keyboard, and some claim the keys' action isn't close to that of a piano.

I am also looking at Peavy DPM C8 . I heard the keys are made of wood. Could someone comment on this keyboard ? Some guy think it's worth only about $150 these days.

If you can get an Oktava MK-319 for cheap from Guitar Center, :-) do some simple mods to it.
