The M520 is a big step up from the 388 mixer section. Make sure it includes the power supply and power umbilical cable.

The M30 is a relatively simple mixer, but can be patched in a number of ways. You'll have to improvise a bit, because it doesn't have a dedicated "this" section or "that" section, but what it has is a fairly open architecture that's meant to be flexible.

It looks highly functional, all-in-one, but for some reason they don't call it Portastudio. Probably just market positioning to keep in on the Pro side of things. Looks like a Portastudio to me! @@
