Dear Steve,

Wow. I found out that I had to leave the desk for 24 hours to reset, but I also had to wait an amount of time for it to reset that day (power up, 1 hour, enter password), not either or. But that was so long ago. I actually upgraded to pro equipment, and then had a breakdown and lost it all. I'm currently using a 1/4" Philips, and studying pop music. I realise that was slightly more than you asked for
