Listen to the first note. Now listen to the last note. The notes in between (and inclusive) are the ones we're talking about.

So that is that if I could remove it from the records of the search engine forever I would do so, but I can not!

The thing is with Jeremy, there's a very complicated series of notes he's using, particularly in the chorus that you've simplified into the main notes for your recording. I can sing it in tune to how he does if left alone to do it but if I tried to sing it to straight piano notes like this I'd get it wrong every time. I know Eddie would not have learned it the way you're learning it. You need to loosen up your approach and sing it to the tune of the song rather than these piano notes. Just have another try at it without the piano. Just sing it along with the actual song. What sort of things has your new tutor been teaching you? Interested to know how you're getting along with the whole singing lessons thing. I keep starting lessons and then running out of money so end up quitting. Don't give up if you can afford the lessons

This thread should be pinned. So that everyone who wants to post looking for comment on their voice will understand that putting yourself "out there" entails the risk of not hearing what you hope to hear.

Well the thread is here for posterity (unless you pay off one of the mods ) BUT you can delete the tune in drop box so no one has a reference to what the thread is about other than knowing a guy with the user name Huckel Berry posted a song with him singing that was not exactly "spot on" in the singing department...and then that user may of had a little bit of a hard time accepting some constructive and destructive criticism.....nothing to lose two winks of sleep over... just have a laugh and carry on man...

If he asked for an opinion here, I'd probably tell him the same thing. No one ever said one has to be a singer to get a gig, here's proof! Not that it matters to me ... I won't listen to "singers" who can't, and sure don't join bands with 'em.
