Need help on a home studio

Need some advice on a home recording studio.
I also buid a 4'x4'x8' vocal booth
This is what I have so far
Eurorack MX 802a Mixer
M-Audio BX5a speakers
M-Audio Fast Track Pro
Yamaha PSR-273 Keyboard
MXL 990 Microphones
Streetboxx SB-246 beat machine
Optiplex GX620 Computer
Live 8 programs
Can you tell me what else I need for this studio for my son?
he is on YOUTUBE (mrseanchambers)
Please show support for my 16 yr old son

You'll need to be more specific on what help you are looking for. There are plenty of threads here on acoustic treatment - building bass traps, etc.

the canary flies by every month or so to ask vague questions and promote (previously himself) but apparently now his son on youtube. last time I believe he was 14??

Just some examples, the best thing I can say to 'advice' you would be quit spamming the forums and stay in school...

You can get the sound you want from recording on an old boombox if you know how to work it! (sure it won't be crisp...but it all depends on what you want!)
