As I undestand it you angle the glass panes so they don't resonate in sympathy with each other like two drum skins thus transfering the sound directly. Additionally you must deaden the cavity between the panes to stop any resonance.

I don't think you can have spaces in the URL. Rename the gif to "Windows2.gif" (as you already have a "Windows.gif" on your site) and try again.
