I have little space in the room I jam in (17' x 12 1/2') I wanted to double up the wall space but then we would have no room to even breath. Idea being: frame out the room w/ 2 x 4's but not in the traditoinal style of framing no studs really, have the boards laid on its side so there's only about a 2" gap and then putting the material over that, seal it up and put some aurlex foam on top of that. will this be worth the effort I know it wont do a "whole" lot I just need the neighbors to quit bitching and calling the cops.

Yeah I was wondering about those Ive gone to your site before i have to say you definetly know your stuff. Where can I get these channels from?
