Who wants to buy a studio in BC?

What's up audio crew? A relative of mine was checkin business listings and found a studio in BC. Anybody wanna pool some cash together and buy this place? Looks dope!

a) I have a house with a huge rec room for recording so I don't need it.
b) I live in Edmonton and would never buy anything in Kelowna because it is too far away.
c) I would never go in on anything with you as I don't know you from Adam
d) I would never go in on anything with anyone as I don't need the arguments over shares/management/investments etc etc - I have a wife that does that already.

To make a little money with a recording studio, start with a lot of money! If you look at the ad, it looks like a garage condo, and certainly not a professional studio. The bathroom must be out in the alley, or in the 'shared' space.
Of course $115,000 Canadian is like, what, $500 US? ;-)

It would be cool if it was a real, old school studio, with professionally designed rooms, machine rooms, a mic locker, a vintage console, etc... Like this one A Journal of Musical ThingsBuy Rush's Recording Studio for $18,000 - A Journal of Musical Things

But $115,000 for a (possibly) commercial space that's about 1000 sq ft? Not so much.
