I have attached a few drawings of my room. The calculations I was able to come up with from Johns calculator for RT60 are the following
125hz .27
250hz .56 (Problem)
500hz .72 (Problem)
1000hz .56 (Problem)
2000hz .36
4000hz .31
The room is a corner of my basement that I closed off with one wall of 1/2 inch drywall on channel and insulated with standard insulation. Inside of the wall was not on channel and was also 1/2" gypsum.
Ceiling was 5/8 gypsm on channel with insulation. I have two ducts in the ceiling one I will attach blower to and the other will work as an exaust.
The back wall has a small basement window that I will close off and cover.
Now for the problem points:
I was planning on putting a bowed plywood piece into either corner in the back wall similar to
https://homerecording.com/bbs/showthread.php?s=&threadid=68006&highlight=ceiling+diffusor
and then cutting different width of slits with a router in it. What sould I fill it with? Or should I not do this?
I also have a beam running the legth of the room that I thought to do something similar on and filling, good, bad idea?
The pole in the middle I was just going to carpet?
I plan to build Johns wall units for the side walls.
John does it matter what I fill these with.
As well I wanted to build corner units for the front wall from
http://www.locall.aunz.com/~johnsay/HR/index1.htm
Again fill?
I plan on putting 703 on the ceiling. How thick should I make it? Because of a low ceiling and being 6'3" this is a point of interest.
I figured I would put it up like these:

John stated once "just remember that the square footage of low-mid absorption must be around the same area you assign to 703 if you want an even lowering of the reverb time"
So should I put up other panels on the wall similar to the ceiling to counter the other Helm. Units? I guess I do not understand.
I am also concerned because the back of my desk has that big void. Should I put something there?
As a note I guess the most important. I want to do my mixing through my event 20/20 bas monitors from the desk, and record vocals in the rear of the room.
If you have read this whole thing, Thanks.
Thanks for any help.
