Greetings,
I've read tell I'm over loaded. I need some help.
I was hoping to get suggestions for a drum practice room.
I have an existing 10' x 14' concrete slab 4" thick at the rear of my residence.
It is 15' from neighbors residence.
For what it's worth they are very cool about most everything, kids, dogs, music, ect, and their bedrooms are on opposite side of their residence.
The slab is shaded most all day, all year round from direct sunlight.
Two dog kennels used to be on slab.
Average temp range here is 50-70 degrees year round.
To be used for for drum set practice room with rock music.
I have tools and know how to use them and even some good friends that are willing to help.
I just don't have a very big budget with three in college at same time.
Looking for simple design with economy in mind.
I know it's a sad song but it the one I have to sing.
Room inside room concept seems way to go.
Don't want to throw money away on bad build.
Was hoping to get a bottom line plan for structure.
Any suggestions, ideas or help in any way will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Sincerely,
Dan
