Rehearsal Room - Equipment Placement

Not sure if I'm posting this in the right spot, but here it goes anyways.. I just got a rehearsal room, it's in the shape of a rectangle. I'm not looking for acoustical treatment info, just placement suggestions. I.e. Are PA speakers supposed to face away or towards the drums, or is it personal preference? Should all speakers (PA, cabs, etc.) all face the same direction, or does it not matter? Thanks.

How big's the room? How many players? I assume you're not miking the drums ...
Set up so everyone can hear everyone else.

You'll probably just have to play around with it a lot, especially without any type of acoustic treatment. It's really going to depend on what instruments are running through the mixer, who needs to hear what instruments, and how versatile your monitoring system is. Obviously, try not to point speakers at microphones. I find that floor wedges are helpful in the practice room.
