'Flat sounding'. Flattness isn't always a 'good' thing, its most important that the monitor tells you what you need to know, rather than being scientific with the graphs.
I have a pair of Adam A7x's in the studio and I find them really useful, the top end in particular highlights nastiness in an telling way and I believe they use the same tweeter as the F series. I would imagine the F7's would serve you well, though I have never used a pair myself.
