Need help about air-conditioning

I'm about to build a studio on a ground floor, all built on bricks and concrete.
I will need air conditioning, but I don't have any idea about how to build the air conditioning stuff in a way that sound remains inside the studio and the air-conditioner's noise remains outside it.
Can someody help me please?
 
I assume it's a window unit not a roof top unit -- Your going to have to build a sound baffle around it -- got any buddy in constuction i.e. drywall and acoustics -- it's going to be like a motorcycle muffler except square :p
