Just completed BUILD PLANS today for the 36-inch high X 16-inch deep Rack Cabinet shown below.
8-Pages with 27 photos and detailed instructions.
As it sits here, it cost about $85 to build including Rack-Rail and Swivel Casters.
If you go for a 12-inch depth, the cost goes down from there dependent on what grade wood you use.
You can forgo the storage space below and go "Totally Rack" by installing 18-Space Rack Rail instead of 12-Space. Cost goes up to about $100, though.
