Has anyone used aura bass shakers to cancell out bass for sound proofing?

I have these devices in my home theatre rig. One of the features that it boasts is that you can hook them up to a wall frame and wire them out of phase with your woofers and the result will be cancelled out bass outside the room because the bass escaping is really the result of the bass moving the wall, so having the wall moving the opisite way results in no movement at all and you can track as loud as you want without disturbing anyone.

If this really works It could be a solution for someone who doesnt have the space or money to have 3 feet of space between walls to sqash the bass.
