recently came into a good bit of Roxul Mineral Wool scrap from some firebats that where used to build a home theater. It's not rigid, but I think the density is the same as Roxul Rockboard 60. Was thinking about constructing some bass traps (I have enough for 6 2x4 ft traps) using this stuff in a chicken wire frams. Not sure if this would work Like I wwant it to though.
Will a bass trap still work if it's in a wire frame? This stuff doesn't hold it's own shape so it will need some kind of support.
