Can i make (post production) studio in my small room ?

Hi!

I have not optimal weight size in my room!
W<3m - it's not good for my example! I don't know what acoustic matherial i need for better results for my electronique post production studio.

+ I have Studio Monitors (>1500$ pair) & Monitor Headphones!

What i need do for better results in my example? please help me :(

There's the possibility of using professional acoustic material for damping, but some cloth's/carpets on the wall's will do well also in such a small room.
IMO that can be more designfull than those professional blocks.
 
Suggest you post examples of your mixes in the MP3 Clinic to get advice. Carpet/havy drapes will only absorb high frequencies, its the low end that needs to be treated well in small rooms - accomplished with bass traps.

True.
If the carpet is simply attached to the wall. If, however, you hang the carpet away from the wall, like a tapestry, it takes on new characteristics and starts working low freq magic because unlike heavy drapes, hanging carpet is actually *heavy*.
Not as good as a well placed bass-traps, but can still be a valuable contributor.
