Here is a diagram of my L-shape room, I have no idea where to place my desk and monitors to get the best results.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have any acoustic treatment? What monitors do you have? What other equipment do you have in there? WIthout knowing any of that info, I'd say set it up in the middle of the 3.2m wall, bass traps/super chunks in all the corners to start, point-of-first-reflection traps and cloud.

Setting up in a corner is always bad. My first inclination would be to put it on the opposite side of the room, so the L shape is a non issue. But if these are the only practical choices, I would go.with B.

There's no acoustic treatment, just Moquette on every surface.
My monitors are Presonus E5.
There are also 3 windows (just below the ceiling) on the 4.7m wall.

You made me look up 'Moquette' - carpet! That means some of the highs are getting absorbed in the room, and no lows. You need bass traps.

Set up against the 3.2m wall. Bass trap those two corners, a cloud, and 1st reflection points. You've got a nice size room, so the rest of bass trapping is determined after evaluation.
