    Rate my singing

    Hello everybody,
I am a newbie. I joined HR a couple of weeks ago. I also purchased everything that I need to get started to make and or record music, but have to set it up whenever I have the time (I'm a college student and assignments are keeping me busy ). Anyway, I need an opinion on my vocals. Please, rate my singing. Criticism is welcome and I would not take it personal. Therefore, I know to be an excellent singer it will take time and I'll make room for improvements. The links are underneath and all recordings are recorded using SingSnap tools on their site, so it may not sound close to professional. Just click on the link and click play under my photo on the page. Thank-you!

It's a bit hard to tell through that video thing.

    My rough impressions were:

1 you've got a nice timbre to your voice; well suited to the material

2 it's a bit out of control (PDP noted the pitchiness on the verses)

ido1957 says "keep singing", and that's my suggestion.

Do as much singing as you can. Record it and listen very critically.

I also think that a vocal coach would help you to bring out all the good bits of your voice and make the most of it.

I have a theory about that

    Thanks,
you guys! Oh, the background was out of my control. Anyway, I am glad to know that I do not sound bad, but need to keep practicing. :-D
