How to regain Vocal Range?!

Hi. I'm 15 years old, male and a healthy singer. i drink 2 bottles of water during school and I drink like 15 glasses of water on usual day, but today I think I was straining and I could NOT hit my notes anymore. I have a Deep voice so When I belt F's there F4's and I can usually sustains every note from C1 to A4... I could only HIT F's today for less than a second and Singing is my only passion so when something goes wrong I get very, like, I don't know dysfunctional and scared. So somebody PLEASE give me advice on how to get my notes back my full vocal range is C1 to G#7 or sometimes A#7's but that's rare. I can still hit my whistle notes but not my high belting notes. I sing only on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM. And I drink many water bottles and like 2 cups of tea with honey. SO I don't know how I'm losing notes If I think I take good care of my voice.... I'm just panicking. So somebody PLEASE HELP ME!

Do you do any vocal warm ups before you begin singing? That's always a good idea. Also, when you say you sing from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM do you mean you sing that entire period of time? Like four and a half hours? If so, that's probably too much singing at one time. Maybe take some breaks throughout your singing session to rest your voice?

Maybe you're voice is changing - you're right around that age.

I'll have to 2nd ido's guess. If your voice is changing, it shouldn't be in the bad for very long. Maybe a year or two. Though I should say that your voice won't fully develop until you're around 25-28. My voice has yet to fully mature...

Ever considered taking voice training lessons? What you drink isn't really the issue here and neither is the fact that your voice is changing. If you learn the right technique you will overcome those problems.

Yes, that's right.
But you seem to be an expert in the field, or do you expect people to stop singing just because they're pubertating?

My mate lost some vocal range during puberty, he just keep singing and now has back again but keeping in mind this took a few years. His voice seem to 'smoothen out'.

I'm not saying stop singing, in fact quite the opposite, however there's no overnight fix.

What Phantom Piggy said. I'm not saying he should stop singing. Certainly not. But it's not as if he's going to keep the same range. He might have to accept that for a few years. The key word is "might." I don't know this guy. I haven't heard him. It may not even be puberty for all I know.

Did i say he was gonna keep the same range? Of course not. But puberty is a very interesting period for the voice,a time of new discoveries. Of course there's no overnight fix, but learning to train the voice properly using the right techniques will help put the voice in place quicker. It's all about foundations.
