Here is a song we just finished. Julianna is 13 and starting to mature. What do you think of her voice and performance? This is a song I wrote for myself but once Julianna started to sing it it quickly became her song. I think her voice sits over the nylon string guitar well. We tracked it with a U-67 through a Great River preamp. I used a UAD-1 LA-2 plug and their Pultec EQ with just a little boost around 4 K and a little cut in the low mids. I used a Vallhalla verb and a Waves H-Delay.
We used KM-184's in x-y for the classical guitar...the fact that they are kind of bright helped. I cut the low end and low mids of the guitar a LOT using a waves REN EQ.
