What is the best next purchase for me?

Hi,
I'm not quite sure if this is in the right category so moderators feel free to move it.

Basically, I've got a studio set-up that I'm fairly happy with but I know that the sound could be better. So here's the question: what should be my next upgrade/purchase? My studio currently consists of the following:
Tascam MS16 16 track 1" recorder
Studiomaster 20-16-2 desk
Alesis RA150 amp
studiospares SN10 monitors
Sony RCD-W100 CD recorder
Yamaha kx-580 cassette deck
Alesis Wedge Reverb unit
ART pro VLA II compressor
DBX 166 compressor
Behringer Tube Composer compressor
2 x Oktava MK219 mics
AKG D112 mic
SM57
2 x neutrik Patchbays

I also monitor through my HiFi which is a dynavox VR40 valve amp and celestion F30 speakers.

So, what should it be? Mics? Master Recorder? processors? Monitors? anything else?

I don't know. Where do you fell your set up needs improvement? Monitors, Room treatment, More microphone selections?

I've produced all the tracks on there. These ones are the ones I've put the most time and effort into: soundcloud.com/jrkimber/sets.

Maybe it'll be apparent what the shortfalls are when hearing the tracks.
