Recording acoustic guitar

Hey guys
If ill record an acoustic guitar with two good condensers that made for vocal, ill get a good result?
If not, how much does a mic for acoustic guitar will cost?

Should be fine. But, just a tip: don't ask questions until you've already tried something. Experiment first. Try recording with what you've got on hand. And then, if you run into issues, or can't find the sound you're looking for, experiment some more. Then come and ask. You'll never learn much just by wearing the calluses off your fret hand on the keyboard.

Ah, good point. Hadn't thought of that. My apologies if this is the case, Omerism. A knuckle-headed American over here. lol

Read this thread. There are many different ways to record an acoustic guitar - and just as many variables - the tone of the guitar at certain listening positions, the room, etc.

Agreed with Resurrect. Good vocal condensers often sound good on acoustic guitars. Give it a try. You probably don't need to invest in more microphones yet.
