Microphone stand survey. Please help!

Well - I managed to do the survey in the end.
I had to lie in the 2nd (musician) question as I am a sound engineer and not a musician and had to do it on the iPhone rather than the laptop (as it kept throwing me out as I answered truthfully the musician question when I first tried) - but I managed to complete it.
The survey missed off the stand base I normally use - the K&M 200 stand with the anti-vibration feet - which I had to do as "other".
It also missed off the Nextel coated anti-reflection stands which, again, I had to do as "other".
