Which Mic would be be better for Prank Videos?

I'm currently on a low budget, so here are my options;

I can use this Voice Recorder to capture my Voice, with the Wired EarBud Mic

OR

I can hook this External Mic up to my phone, and use the Voice Recorder App to record my Voice through this Mic.
