I know there are a few articles this topic but i was woundering what you could suggest to help improve my vocali'ts talent. Heres a link with a couple of song featuring his talent (or lack there of)
The songs with him on it are Decal, Anthing or Everthing anf Foolish Me

Also is there enough potential there to say with hard work he could be a good enogh singer to go somewhere (if alot of other things fall in place too) or should i start looking for someone else if i want any chance on making sometihng of my music.

The vocal has a 'deer in the headlights' feel. It's overwhelmed by the music. You might try making the vocal a lot louder and giving it more space in the accompanyment.

I guess your vocalist sounds quite OK, he has a good voice. :)

but the vocals are definitely drowned in the mix ( I heard Decal ), need to bring them up! :)

I guess one thing he can improve is singing the words clearer. ( I am being critical, since that's what you asked to comment on)
