Hi. Who is better ro record vocal or instruments?

24 bit - 24.100 khz
or
24 bit - 48.000 khz

Thanks.

You must mean 44.1...not 24.1

The answer is really not that critical.
You need to set your entire project at either 44.1/48/88.2/96...etc...etc....it's not just about the vocals, and you don't want to change sample rates from track to track as you record.

48 will capture just a bit more...but it's not critical.
I use to record at 88.2...but now I record at 48. However, sometimes I work in 44.1 when I'm using samples that are only 44.1
If you are also dealing with video...48 is the standard.

I've personally never been able to hear any difference between 48 and 44.1 so I track everything at 24, 44.1.
Saves time when I have to convert to 44.1 for a CD burn.

The last polls I've seen put about 75-80% of full-time audio professionals working at the target rate (44.1kHz for audio, 48kHz audio for video). And yeah, you aren't going to hear much of a difference if any at all. Everything else (the source, the mic, the preamp, the converter itself) is far more critical.
