just use multiple mics .at least 1 distant mic (3 to 10 feet away you"ll have to decide what sounds best by trial and error. then use at least one up close mic and pan them hard left and right.
You can get the same results by just placing a mic right in front and record it. Then on software duplicate and put a 15ms or so delay on duplicate track. Then pan guitar track 1 75% left and track 2 75% right.
