Hi friends,

I am new here. I have a college project with the following topic
"A research on the influence of auto-tune in the music industry"

There are three songs in total and each song has two different versions:
For Eg.,
Track 1 - Untuned Version
Track 2 - Tuned Version
Tuned Version - The version with the auto-tune effect
Untuned Version - The version without the auto-tune effect

I won't bother,

I hate auto tune, it allows talentless people to trick the world into thinking they can sing. Talented people practice and perfect their performances. Just reading about Frank Sinatra and how he would record the vocal live with an orchestra, he would keep recording until he got what he considered a perfect take, no edits allowed.

The other thing auto tune is used for is to get that annoying robot vocal effect which is not on every second song Arghhhhh!!!!.

I would rather listen to the vocals with the odd flat note than have auto tune trick me into thinking that the artist can in fact sing, If Bob Dylan started out today would the labels insist on auto tune to fine tune his voice?
