SPINSTERWUN Active member Aug 16, 2001 #2 USEDA , no, I'm just half-heartedly joking. It is a digital IN/OUT (as opposed to "analogue"). You would connect another piece of your gear for transference of music without degradation. If you are new to music check out these two sites i am going to post in my next thread to you. spin
