Así o más verger?
hey, i've been recording for a while but one of my biggests probles is everyone in the neighborhood are getting mad about the drums.
i want to soundproof it or something. the goal is to reduce the biggest quantity of noise to be heard out of the room.
im on a low budget...so what would yo recomend?
the stuido consits of 2 rooms in my basement

Drum soundproofing

You have two options:

1) Invite the neighbors over and teach 'em how to play drums. They'll have visions of being the next John Bonham, go buy drums themselves and think your cool ! !

2) The thing about soundproofing is that it's done with "density" and or "dead air space". This is not to be confused with "sound absorbsion". The best advice I can give you is go to the web site for Auralex Acoustics and read " Acoustics 101" there's a wealth of info on this subject there. Here's the page.
