I was just wondering if I were to get the RNC from FMR audio which has unbalanced ins and outs, if it would make a difference to the recording because of the unbalancedness of its connectors? I know it might not make a big difference since this compressor would be so closely connected to the mixers insert, but would there be a difference you think as compared to a compressor with balanced ins and outs?
I am hearing good things about this product, but since I will be using balanced connectors from mic to soundcard (I think the inserts on the mixer I am getting are balanced) would it be wise to get a compressor with balanced connections?
