Proper settings for oboe recording

We are recording an oboe concerto (accompanied by piano) for a video audition submission. We have a Zoom Q8 and will be recording in two different locations - a stage on a church (wood floor on stage, carpet throughout), and the music room at our house (floors are concrete with some carpet). We are just trying to figure out what would be the best audio settings. WAV 96 kHz/24bit, WAV 96kHz/16bit, WAV 48 kHz/24bit, WAV 48kHz/16bit, WAV 44.1kHz/24bit or WAV 44.1kHz/16bit.

We are actually recording at the church tomorrow, so any tips ASAP would be gratefully appreciated!!
Thanks!

24-bit - Regardless of the sample rate (if it's for video, 48kHz would be ideal). Keep a good amount of headroom (don't try to "get the hottest signal you can without clipping"), find a really decent spot and let it rip.
