phantom power supply for condenser mic advice

Hey guys,
I just got a really cool ADK A-51 Type V condenser mic as a gift. Hoping to do the most basic of home recording set ups for voice acting purposes only. My knowledge is obviously quite limited.......so, I've got the mic, and the cable, but I understand I need a "phantom power supply" to run to the PC. What exactly is this kind of device and how much do they run for (where do I get one)? Again, looking for an inexpensive way to get the most out of this mic.

However, just for the heck of it, feel free to fill me in on what other gadgets I could acquire to maximize the quality of my voice recordings with this mic. Not looking into mixing boards, as I can probably just run Cool Edit Pro on the PC.

Any and all help is very much appreciated!

Sincerely,
Kyle Hebert

You need EITHER a stand-alone preamp (probably somewhat better sound) OR a small mixer (probably more adaptable).

Even a Behringer 602 ($69?) will do. Two phantom-powered preamps in a sammich-sized mixer.
