Tell us the Operating System in use. We are once again in a multi-OS world.
Once we could assume XP, now Win 7 is probably the most common OS for audio but there is a sprinkling of 8, 8.1, more and more W10 and even a bit of Blista left out there.
The permutations of OS'es AIs and drivers is nigh on infinite and not everything has them.
Now I HATE manufacturers sites where you have to list all your computer details just to get a manual/driver....But they do have a bit of a point!
I am sure this is all in the stickies somewhere and has been said many, many times but never hurts to bang it out again.
Oh! And Country of Residence would be MOST handy!
