Midi Plugins missing

Hi I bought Protools 11 a couple of years ago and never used the midi. I now want to but when i go to input one of Protools built in midi plugins, there is nothing there. under the 'instrument' all i have is a 'Waves rewire' plugin. Please help!
I have looked into my avid account and i'm all up to date. I'm using a mac book pro OX Yosemite 10.10.5

Also, i know one of the midi Plugins is called DB-33 so i just searched my mac for it, it came up but i have no idea where its stored or where it should be stored to open in protools?
