Im in a 3 peice band and were are planning to record a demo tape. we want it to sound good. I can get the sound i want, but im not sure in which method i am to record.

Should i go the good ol' 2 track method, and hope that it all goes right? Or should i do the whole thing on my pc using n-track????

i had another idea: do a bit of both- record the bass, drums and guitar on 2track then add the vox and other guitar parts afterwards on the pc????
could some one shed some light on to weather or not this is a god idea...

Well, I am going to speak on behalf of god, because he is really busy in the studio mixing the new Black Sabbath CD.... :D

Dude, record the way that suits your needs. Why not record rythm tracks to the pc, all on their own tracks and see how it goes. If they are good tracks, use them. If a little part gets messed up, punch in a fix it.
