Lost power on Tascam DA-38

I had my Tascam DA-38 up and running when power went out, came back on and went out again. Now that power has been restored the DA-38 won't power back on. I took the casing off to check the fuse which is good but I have a single red led on the inside of the unit when I power it on, nothing else lights up just that red led on the board. Any ideas?

Check the Capacitors around the power supply, if there is any bulging or leakage there may be a dud cap. I had a similar thing happen with an HD recorder / DVD burner, the breaker tripped due to something else, when I turned the power back on no HD recorder, took the lid off and a popped cap. This sometimes happens if Caps are old.
