How do i post pictures?

Click on the picture icon in the top row of the screen (just left of the film frame). That'll give you a choice of uploading directly to the HR site or linking to a photo already posted in a site like Photobucket or Flickr. Note that the direct upload gives you a thumbnail that people have to click on while the link to a sharing site inserts a full size pic. I personally prefer linking to Photobucket but your choice.
