A drag-and-drop set list organizer prog?

I didn't know where to put this..
Is there a program -somewhere between Word and Excel or what ever, that would let you rearrange Text song names as 'drag and drop items?
?
There's Illustrator- that will treat text as a graphic item but, hardly optimum for this.
 
Someone clued me in on another forum I can get almost everything I was looking for in Excel. For some reason all this time I missed that you can drag text from cell to cell, (or copy w/ drag.
