Clip microphone for good quality recording

I need a microphone to make videos like this:

What is the cheapest option to get such a quality comparable to that (also by using noise reduction software or similar) with a clip microphone? Can you list me some microphone models to do it?

I really want to spend the less possible but with a good quality.

Is a clip microphone the only possible solution to record a video like that where there cannot be a standard microphone near the speaker? or can I use also a standard big microphone and keep it 5 meters far?

Depending upon what props you have in front of you, you could hide a standard microphone, with an appropriate pattern, behind said props... for instance that guy's got a laptop on the desk... you could put a microphone there, if you had one. Putting it 5 metres away won't work.

Another possibility is if it's just out of screen over head, and again, the right sort of microphone.

Simplest way is probably the clip on microphone, however.
