...Blue Spark mic?

Hi

First i want to thank all of you for your help as i slowly make my way forward in this journey.

i was at Guitar Center last night - they are running an in store special on the Blue Spark microphone - $149.

Can you guys weigh in on this?

There are several mics in the same price range - but i think the time has come to pull the trigger.

The other mics are
Audio Technica AT 2020
Audio Technica AT 2035
AKG P220

the Spark is a really good starter mic, especially considering you'll be doing acoustic and vocals. It's not an amazing option for electric guitar, but it'd be good enough to start out with. Eventually you'll probably want to pick up a dynamic mic for recording amps, like a Shure sm57, which goes for pretty cheap, especially used. $149 for a Spark is a good price considering it's new. That's only about $20 more than you would pay for a used one.
