API Waves

They sound kinda like the API stuff...? I never noticed if they have offset noise (most of my stereo API stuff did)...
 
I have the 550 eq and I like it. Got it cheap during a sale but I haven't used it much just cause I'm so used to using my daw eq. I really like how simple it is though. It's easy to get carried away with a graphic eq but I like that the api forces me to listen more instead of looking. Haven't tried the compressor but I'll probably demo it at some point.
 
I consistently use the API 2500 comp. My go-to comp for individual tracks. I never liked the eq's though. Found PSP eq's to sound way better. Then FabFilter Pro-Q 2 left everything behind...
