How do you send rep?

Upper right hand corner of a post. Click the scale icon. A pop-up box will appear. Fire at will.

Be advised there is a rumbling here to have your name automatically attached to rep you give, as many people like to give negative rep anonymously. You don't seem the type, but I wanted to mention it.
