the camera work was fine and all, but i didn't find the meta-ness all that compelling. and the shot of that dude at the mixing board lingered for so long; did he really have to be on his cell phone? i mean, even he wasn't interested in what was going down.

Thanks. I just used footage we shot in the studio. Didn't really have a lot to work with actually. Making videos is hard.

i'm with you all the way - didn't mean to sound harsh. compared to the video work 90% of folks are doing (and a lot of them would group my work into that category), this is quality stuff. while i'm not down with a lot of things about the vid, it's apparent that you put a lot of care into its production - that goes a long way.
