And now i got the Oneplus one, which has a 4K video.
and i though what if i shoot in 4K and compress it to 1080p? will that affect the quality to the good way?
This is a maybe. It is possible to transcode 4K 8bit 4:2:0 to 1080 10bit 4:4:4 ...which is basically sorcery... I've never done it but my understanding is that you transcode it to a 16 bit file first. It is also my understanding that compression will interfere. A cell phone is likely to be highly compressed.
