I like it. Quirky folk rock .

I don't care for the acoustic pickup sound. Mic'ing the 12th fret is just superior in every way. What you have is fine but it could be better if the acoustics were mic'd.

Thanks! I've been thinking the same thing. That was a Wechter "Traveler" acoustic with the built-in Fishman. I can hear it thumping through, but since the only percussion is a snare and tambourine, I let it slide.

There are a few muddy confused passages, the vocals are iffy, the background harmony is absent, and counter lyrics that appear in a couple places during the verse are absent. The solo is uninspired and demonstrates a clear lack of dexterity.

All amble reasons for a redo. I'm going to finish another kids song, but look to redo the song before it goes on any kind of a demo.
