Update: A Song From Under the Floorboards - with Keys

Dropped by for another listen.
It's a REALLY cool cover - faithful in spirit and sonically accurate.
Each re-listen makes me think the vocals are a Devoto audio doppleganger.
There are some bits that aren't him but generally you do the little bald misanthrope very well indeed.

LOL, Thanks Ray, much appreciated. As it happens I might have to continue working on the impression because Frank (my kid) wants to do Motorcade next! I probably won't post it in the clinic for fear of harping on a single band, but I'll send you the link. I'm presently cogitating the problem of how I'm going to do reverse reverb on the drums and vocals in Reaper. :D

Hi, Ray - I have the old Alesis midiverb II, but I've worked out how to do it properly. (with help from google)

Choose section;

duplicate track;

reverse track to new take;

add 100% wet reverb plugin;

add FX to track as new take;

reverse reverb track to new take;

remove plugin;

glue items within time selection;

line up if needed.

Sounds ace on the intro toms. :D

Never heard the original but good groove. Good playoff between guitars and keyboards. I'm liking all the mixing except the very last keyboard part seems low and/or farther away. I'd like to hear that push the end of the song a little more. But overall it sounds great.
