There two sets of hats, one on each side, I can't remember if I used both in this song. I'll have to check if the overheads are panned correctly because there are close mics panned full to the side.
These vocals have always been a problem for me. They are very pointed sounding and she is inconsistent in the voice she uses. Sometimes nasal, sometimes throaty, etc... I've been so focused on that, that I never noticed any severe sibilance.
